Relationship Recovery Group (Virtual)
Relationship Recovery Group is a structured virtual therapy group for women who find themselves repeating painful relationship dynamics.
This group is designed for those who:
Lose themselves in relationships
Struggle with codependency
Feel drawn to emotionally unavailable or narcissistic partners
Experience betrayal bonds
Fear abandonment
Over-function or people-please
Feel responsible for others’ emotions
Struggle with boundaries
Feel unworthy or “not enough” in relationships
Many women in this group resonate with what is sometimes described as the “mother wound” or attachment injuries formed early in life. We explore how those early relational patterns continue to influence adult intimacy.
Sessions meet weekly for 90 to 120 minutes in a secure virtual format.

How This Group Can Help
Unhealthy relationship patterns rarely begin in adulthood. They are often rooted in early attachment experiences and reinforced over time.
This group can help you:
Understand why you are attracted to certain relationship dynamics
Break cycles of codependency and self-abandonment
Strengthen boundaries
Reduce anxiety tied to rejection or abandonment
Heal betrayal trauma
Build a stable sense of identity outside of relationships
Develop secure attachment patterns
As insight grows, participants often report feeling less reactive and more grounded in who they are.
Our Approach to Relationship Healing
This is not a surface-level communication skills group.
The work integrates:
Trauma-informed care
Attachment-based interventions
Post-Induction Therapy principles
Family systems work
Psychoeducation on betrayal bonds and codependency
Experiential group exercises
We focus on uncovering how early relationships shaped beliefs about love, worth, safety, and belonging.
At the start of the group, each participant identifies what she most wants for herself. Goals are developed collaboratively and revisited throughout the process.
The emphasis is on rebuilding self-worth while creating healthier relational patterns.
What You Can Gain from This Work
Participants often experience:
Stronger boundaries
Greater clarity in dating and partnerships
Reduced fear of abandonment
Increased emotional stability
Healthier attachment patterns
A deeper sense of belonging
Confidence in their self-worth
This group is about learning to stay connected to yourself while being connected to others.
